No. FamilyFX provides education and practical preparation. It cannot diagnose, prescribe, provide individual medical or legal advice, or replace the professionals responsible for your family's care and support.

FamilyFX distinguishes evidence, official guidance and practical suggestions. Relevant pages cite sources such as NICE, the NHS, legislation, government guidance, professional bodies and research. Review labels show the checks recorded for that page.

We chose the name because FamilyFX's Mimir helps you make sense of a large collection of information and find what matters for your family now. He is a knowledgeable guide, not an all-knowing oracle: he works from FamilyFX content, can make mistakes and stays within the boundaries explained below.

Mimir is the conversational way to use FamilyFX. It helps members explore a question, find relevant FamilyFX material and think through a practical next step without having to know what to search for first.

No. Mimir cannot diagnose, assess risk, prescribe or replace a clinician, lawyer or crisis service. It is designed to stay within the same educational and practical boundaries as the rest of FamilyFX.

Yes. Mimir is grounded in FamilyFX and uses safety checks, but any conversational system can misunderstand a question or produce an inaccurate answer. Check important decisions against the linked sources and the appropriate professional or service.

Mimir is available for ordinary personal and household use as part of membership. To keep it responsive and protect the service for members, unusually heavy, shared or automated activity may be slowed or paused. Internal security thresholds are not published as a customer allowance.

Wait a little and try again. The written Library, guides, modules, packs and tools remain available, so you can also search or browse the relevant topic while Mimir is paused.

Yes. Summary sheets and tools can produce PDFs, and relevant tools also offer editable Word files. Generated documents are yours to keep and share with the people supporting your child.

FamilyFX stores account information and saved work so it can provide the service to you. It does not claim ownership of what you write. The privacy policy explains what is collected, why and how long it is kept.

FamilyFX costs £79.99 for twelve months. The membership includes all current member content and new membership content published during that year.

A paid membership renews annually unless you cancel before the renewal. You can turn off renewal from your account and keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal rather than ending access immediately.

Your cancellation rights depend on whether you have begun accessing the digital members' content. The terms explain the 14-day position and your legal rights if the service is faulty or not as described.

A valid single-use NeuroFX code gives the named patient or household one year of FamilyFX membership. The code is linked to the email address you verify, does not require payment details and does not renew automatically.
