Ask the school to record what help is available now, what would trigger a change and when the plan will be reviewed. If a referral to educational psychology or another specialist is proposed, confirm who submits it, what question is being asked and how the child is supported in the meantime.

Check placement and transport separately. Falkirk Council publishes information about both, but eligibility and decisions depend on the child's circumstances.
